Poor Concert Experience
From the booking to leaving, the event was nothing but problems. My wife joined the waiting room less than 5 minutes before tickets became available. The computers went down for almost 10 minutes at the venue. The event was oversold and there was nowhere in the "Field Level" seating to sit/stand. We left for the 7PM concert at 3:00; ran into traffic at 3:30 a mile from the turnoff and spent 3 hours waiting to get into a parking space. Got into the venue at 7:15. At the concert, my daughter was able to get tickets while my wife was still waiting. The event itself was terrible. Concert was poorly managed, poorly organized, and poorly run. Ending up in the very back of the venue, no bathrooms anywhere close and the whole area was dark with people standing everywhere. No value was received from this event, even though we have always enjoyed Oh, Mary!'s concert. We will never go back to this venue. Very disappointed in both Johnny Morris and Oh, Mary!
